A new office has been established in Bengaluru by Fidelity International, a global investment and retirement savings company. The business is confident that Bengaluru will give it access to a fresh pool of qualified talent to support the changing requirements of its clients and its business.
After Gurugram and Mumbai, this will be the company’s third office; the other two offices can house all of its 4500 current employees.
There will be 700–800 more employees working in the Bengaluru office. The business is on the lookout for talent in a variety of functional areas, such as technology, operations, research support, client servicing, cybersecurity, and shared services across general counsel, finance, and human resources.
According to a statement made in an official statement by Upasna Nischal, HR head for India at Fidelity International, “The new Bengaluru office will provide talent with the same opportunities, culture, and workplace ethos as anywhere across Fidelity International globally.”
“We have a distinctive cultural core that is unlike any other; one that people love and revere and rate highly on outside platforms – we call it ‘Feel Fidelity.’ Nearly all of our employees will have a unique, motivating “Feel Fidelity” story to share,” he continues.
Nischal hopes that the company’s new office in Bengaluru will not only enable it to interact with a larger talent pool but will also introduce Bengaluru to the company’s distinctive culture.
