IT major Wipro has said that it will honour all offers made to campus recruits, The Times of India reports. The company will onboard students in a phased manner as per business requirements, the report adds.
According to earlier reports, freshers who received offer letters from large tech companies more than six months ago were still waiting to be onboarded.
While students were anxious about going without a salary for a long time, colleges were worried about how this delay would impact upcoming placements.
Wipro had said in April that it plans to hire 38,000 freshers in FY23.
