Hexaware Technologies, a global technology solutions provider, has announced a significant expansion of its workforce. The company aims to hire 6,000-8,000 employees worldwide in 2024, contingent upon favorable market conditions.

This hiring initiative marks a significant step in Hexaware’s growth strategy, emphasizing the company’s dedication to acquiring top talent and reinforcing its global presence. The focus of this effort is to target professionals for Hexaware’s offshore, onshore, and near-shore centers in India, the US, Canada, Mexico, Poland, and the UK, underscoring the company’s commitment to innovation and enhanced client-service capabilities.

In India, the company plans to hire for multiple locations including Hyderabad, Noida, Coimbatore, Dehradun, and Bengaluru. To attract talented professionals, Hexaware will conduct recruitment drives in Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Dehradun, Kochi, and Thiruvananthapuram.

The company is targeting certain key roles from these cities, such as ServiceNow tech leads, automation testing specialists (API), AEM architects, big data leads, and workday financial consultants. Specific focus areas include ITSM, HRSD, and ServiceNow for Hyderabad and Noida, Azure Databricks, Python, and ADF for Coimbatore and Bengaluru, and AEM, Front-End, MSD, Java FSD, and .NET FSD for Hyderabad.

In the US, Canada, and Mexico, the company aims to hire cloud-application architects (Azure), ESM architects (ServiceNow), java full-stack engineers, test analysts (SDET) with automation expertise, and senior java full-stack developers with AWS. The key hiring locations in the US include McLean (VA), Chicago (IL), Dallas (TX), Iselin (NJ), and Reston (VA).

The company will also focus on hiring in the UK, targeting test managers (manual and automation), AEM, DevOps (Azure), service desk professionals, and full-stack developers (Java and .NET). In Poland, the primary focus will be on hiring full-stack developers.

Along with the massive hiring, the company also has plans in place to train and develop this talent. To do this, Hexaware offers employees access to SONIC, a learning platform providing free external certifications without restrictions or reimbursement caps. Interested candidates can explore current job openings and apply through Hexaware’s careers page.

Rajesh Balasubramanian, executive vice president & global head–talent supply chain at Hexaware, shared, “I’m thrilled to announce that Hexaware is expanding. We’re actively seeking talented individuals across the globe to join our team.”
