Additionally, various benefits, including healthcare and dental coverage, will also be terminated.
Should these former employees apply for positions at Microsoft in the future, their past performance and the reasons for their termination will be considered, making it unlikely that they will be rehired.
This action aligns with Microsoft’s strict performance management policy. While the company continues to fill vacancies, the overall headcount is not significantly impacted.
