Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has concluded its Placement 2026 process, with 559 students receiving more than 580 job offers, according to institute data.
The highest domestic package stood at Rs 1 crore per annum, while the highest international offer reached Rs 65 lakh. The average salary across all offers was reported at Rs 33.2 lakh per annum, with a median salary of Rs 32.9 lakh.
Students from the 40th batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 21st batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) secured roles across consulting, finance, general management, product management, sales and marketing, operations, retail, and e-commerce.
Major recruiters participating in the placement process included Accenture, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey & Company, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Reliance Industries, and Tata Administrative Services.
Consulting and finance firms accounted for a significant share of the offers, while technology and product management roles also saw notable participation.
The institute also reported participation from first-time recruiters such as BlackRock, Uber, boAt, Berger Paints, Essar Group, Shaadi.com, and Hero Future Energies.
According to the institute, the placement season reflects continued recruiter interest across sectors, with salary figures and recruiter participation indicating sustained demand for management graduates.
