Infosys wants entry and midlevel employees to work from the office 10 days per month.

Infosys is urging lower-level employees to work from office at least ten days per month as part of the company's hybrid work model. This approach is increasingly adopted by IT firms including Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) which plans to have 75% of its employees working remotely by 2025. Both companies emphasise the importance of in-person interaction for workforce integration.
