Tredence, a data science and AI solutions provider, is experiencing rapid growth, with India playing a pivotal role in its expansion strategy. The company has recently announced its plans to nearly double its workforce by mid-2025.

As part of this strategy, Tredence aims to build a strong talent pool in India by hiring over 1,500 new employees, bringing the total workforce in the country to 4,000. This represents a significant 60% increase from its current strength of 2,500 employees.

The new hires will encompass a wide range of roles within the data science and AI fields. In addition to core functions such as data science, data engineering, and data analytics, Tredence is prioritizing emerging areas such as machine learning operations (MLOps), large language model operations (LLMOps), generative AI (GenAI), and marketing analytics.

To keep pace with industry advancements, Tredence has also introduced a GenAI upskilling program designed to equip professionals with cutting-edge skills for upcoming projects.

Tredence’s leadership underscores India’s vital role in their global success. Shub Bhowmick, co-founder and CEO, emphasized India’s integral role in their operations and their commitment to fostering innovation with a global impact. While North America has been a significant market for Tredence, the company sees vast opportunities in India, Europe, and the Middle East. These regions are considered strategic pillars for sustained growth as Tredence leverages data science and AI to deliver transformative solutions.

Munjay Singh, COO of Tredence, also commented, “With over 80% of our workforce based in India and selected through a rigorous hiring process, we are prepared to address global challenges.”
