New Delhi, 30th October 2026: Pocketful, a technology-led investing platform and part of Pace Group, today announced plans to recruit Agniveers completing their four-year tenure under the Agnipath scheme. Opportunities will be available across Delhi, Jaipur and Punjab. The initiative is not a placement drive, it is a career pathway that helps Agniveers transition from military service to civilian life, building on their existing skills and experience. With opportunities for further learning and professional growth, they can pursue a second career without starting from scratch.
Introduced in 2022, the Agnipath scheme is now reaching its first large-scale transition. The first batch brought in about 24,400 Agniveers across the three services, and more than 18,000 of them are expected to leave the armed forces by 31 December 2026, with exits phased from mid-November. Only 25% of each batch is retained for regular service, so roughly three-fourths of the batch will enter the civilian workforce.
Pocketful’s hiring will cover roles in Human Resources, Administration and Sales, giving candidates entry points into different business functions. Over 40 positions are planned in the first phase, with 20 in Delhi, 10 in Jaipur and 10 in Punjab. The discipline, adaptability, teamwork and sense of responsibility built through military service transfer readily to these functions. Selected candidates will receive role-specific training & mentorship, along with compensation.

Pocketful has recorded over 210% growth in its customer base, adding 70,000+ new customers since July’26. Already present in 10+ cities across India, Pocketful plans to expand its footprint into 5+ additional cities over the next three months.
