Cognizant will open a 10 lakh square foot facility in Hyderabad. This centre will power operations in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and sophisticated technology. A new TechFin hub in Gandhinagar’s GIFT City is set to open in February 2025. The centre, which will initially employ 500 people, will specialise in banking and financial technologies. Plans are in place to increase the staff to 2,000 over the next three years, enhancing Cognizant’s capabilities in the BFSI sector.
In addition, the company has opened its first factory in Indore, Brilliant Titanium. Starting with 1,500 staff, the institution aspires to grow to 20,000 over time. This is a key step towards leveraging growing tech centres while increasing local jobs.
Cognizant currently has more than 3,500 job vacancies worldwide. In India, there are over 1,200 job possibilities for seasoned professionals and young grads. Roles encompass digital technology, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and enterprise solutions.
Cognizant is giving 151 entry-level positions to graduates entering the tech industry. These positions focus on developing skills in digital services, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, laying the groundwork for a successful career.
